We have two living areas! One is equipped with a smart tv so you can stream movies, and a desk nook. The other area is perfect for lounging or playing games ★★ OUTDOOR AREA ★★ You will have your own private patio with a dining area for 4, and 2 loveseats so you can lounge and enjoy the sun. No Pets – Pets are not allowed to keep the home allergy-friendly and in good condition. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine + $250 cleaning fee. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted indoors. Violations carry a $1,000 fine + $500 cleaning fee. No Parties or Events – Gatherings of any kind are prohibited. Violations will result in a $2,000 fine + $500 cleaning fee, plus immediate removal from the property. Guest Limit – Maximum occupancy is 9 guests. Any extra guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests will be charged $150 per person, per night. Quiet Hours – 10 PM–8 AM per San Diego regulations. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to city fines and additional charges to cover losses. Damages – Please report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs if applicable.

No parties or events, no pets, no smoking, and please remove shoes upon entry. Minimum age requirements is 25+ yrs old, person booking will need to be over the age of 25 years old at time of reservation.
