Pet Policy- Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable fee of $150 per pet will apply. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation to ensure comfort and cleanliness for all guests. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted indoors. Violations carry a $1,000 fine + $500 cleaning fee. No Parties or Events – Gatherings of any kind are prohibited. Violations will result in a $2,000 fine + $500 cleaning fee, plus immediate removal from the property. Guest Limit – Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Any extra guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests will be charged $150 per person, per night. Quiet Hours – 10 PM–8 AM per San Diego regulations. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to city fines and additional charges to cover losses. Damages – Please report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs if applicable.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules: No Parties or Events: We have a strict no-party policy. Gatherings of any kind beyond the registered guests are not permitted. This includes parties, events, or large social gatherings. Complaints of Parties will result in a fine of $1000 and $500 cleaning fee. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, cigars, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the house. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine of $1000 and $500 cleaning fee. Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the day and evening hours. Loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior during quiet hours will not be tolerated. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Side Gates: For security purposes, please ensure the side gates are kept locked at all times. Occupancy: The number of guests staying in the property should not exceed the number stated in your reservation. Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00am. Please ensure the property is well kept, you may remove the linens from the bed before you depart if you wish. Damages: Please report any damages or breakages to us as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Parking: One parking space is provided in the driveway to the right and street parking is available. Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Trash cans and recycling are located to left of the driveway. Backyard is reserved for the house only, please keep both gates on each side of the house locked. Violation of these house rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund plus additional charges and fees.
