The home is a spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 3500 sqft two-story property thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests comfortably. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The largest room features a queen bed and a twin trundle bed (sleeping up to 4). The second largest room includes a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a small work desk, perfect for those needing a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom also has a queen bed (sleeps 2), while the fourth bedroom is equipped with a twin trundle bed (sleeps 2) and its own en-suite bathroom. This room, previously known as the maid’s or butler’s quarters, offers added privacy and convenience. Downstairs, the large family room is a hub for relaxation and entertainment. It features a round table with chairs, ideal for extra dining space or board games, a theater-style couch, and a 65-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or watching the big game. For those who prefer not to use the stairs, this level also includes a queen-size bed, as well as an additional full bed tucked away, accommodating up to four more guests. The main floor also boasts a formal dining room, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, and a stylish wet bar/speakeasy/lounge. Please note that the basement is not accessible to guests.

Pets Allowed- We allow up to 2 pets, with prior approval, and a $150 fee per pet. Unauthorized pets will result in extra fees. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted indoors. Violations carry a $1,000 fine + $500 cleaning fee. No Parties or Events – Gatherings of any kind are prohibited. Violations will result in a $2,000 fine + $500 cleaning fee, plus immediate removal from the property. Guest Limit – Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Any extra guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests will be charged $150 per person, per night. Quiet Hours – 10 PM–8 AM per Detroit regulations. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to city fines and additional charges to cover losses. Damages – Please report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs if applicable.
