One pet is allowed with prior approval and a $110 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in a $500 fine and $250 cleaning fee. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted indoors. Violations carry a $1,000 fine + $500 cleaning fee. No Parties or Events – Gatherings of any kind are prohibited. Violations will result in a $2,000 fine + $500 cleaning fee, plus immediate removal from the property. Guest Limit – Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Any extra guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests will be charged $150 per person, per night. Quiet Hours – 10 PM–8 AM per San Diego regulations. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to city fines and additional charges to cover losses. Damages – Please report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs if applicable.
